Services

There are five crucial components that Rausch Financial Services includes in its analysis and recommendations of finances that can impact net worth and quality of life.

INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT

Fee-based investment management services are available through Multi-Financial Securities for accounts valued at $100,000 or more.  To maximize investing potential the following are offered based upon retirement goals:

1. A Personal Risk Evaluation is completed to determine risk profile and comfort level with market fluctuations.

2. An Investment Policy is created to fit an individual profile.

3. Asset Allocation Recommendations are made consistent with your investment objectives, financial resources, risk tolerance, and time horizon.

4. Investment Update Reports are provided for periodic feedback on how effectively investments are working.

RETIREMENT PLANNING

Retirement Planning includes working to set appropriate goals for a chosen retirement lifestyle; choosing investments to build retirement savings; evaluating the progress of the plan to fund retirement; and making necessary adjustments to help guard against outliving one's savings.  Periodic client reports help with determining how the retirement plan is progressing toward achieving and maintaining goals.

ESTATE PLANNING

All estates, small or large, involve opportunities for planning.  Whether a simple title change, or the creation of inter vivos trusts or family partnerships, professional advice is key to making the right decisions.  With Estate Planning your assets can be protected for your heirs or charities, while reducing exposure to estate taxes and probate costs.

RISK MANAGEMENT

Assessing your liability exposure in the areas of health, long-term care, life, disability, and general liability coverage is critical.  Analyzing the various options and carefully selecting solutions from prescreened companies offer peace of mind.

INCOME TAX MANAGEMENT

Doug is a practicing CPA and partner with Canto, Rausch, Deck & Co., P.A.  He has a master's degree in taxation from American University and over 30 years of experience planning tax-smart investment strategies.  An analysis of the entire income tax picture is necessary to take advantage of the reductions allowed by law.
