Our Client Advice Process
Our structured, six-step client advice process enables us to provide you with a detailed assessment of your current situation as well as a comprehensive, prioritized plan to fulfill your purpose and achieve your goals. We provide both initial and ongoing guidance so that you are able to see your progress and make refinements as necessary due to changes in your own situation or to adjust to changes in market conditions.
Step #1 – Introductory Conversation
The Introductory Conversation is designed to determine whether our philosophy and process are a good match for what you need from a financial advisor.
Step #2 – Discovery
The Discovery meeting enables us to gather sufficient information to understand your goals, your current situation and everything else we need to know to develop our plan and recommendations for you. Step #3 – Planning Report Presentation Meeting We review and discuss your draft plan, investment strategy/allocation, and other recommendations, and determine next steps.
Step #4 – Implementation
We resolve any outstanding questions or concerns, and then review and sign documents to open new accounts, transfer assets and implement investment strategy and allocation.
STEP #5 – New Client Welcome
We review our process, statements and other resources to confirm your understanding of how to access information and services.
STEP #6 – Annual Progress Review
We discuss any updates to your family, employment and financial situation; discuss potential planning issues and current economic environment; review progress toward your goals; answer your questions.

Wealth protection – We review all of your insurance coverage and liability gaps with our insur-ance expert to mitigate any unnecessary risks in your wealth plan.
Charitable gifting strategies – We consult with our charitable gifting expert to evaluate poten-tial gifting strategies that may be in line with your own charitable goals.
